Good fit. Currently at 6'5 200lbs. I got the medium and it's a snug fit. The street h is great and no tightness or strangling. Pouch style is great for separation and has space to accommodate any direction you tuck. 12, 3, 6 or 9 o'clock. Definitely recommended and I will be shopping this brand again soon!
