Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, but we're working toward offering global delivery soon. Stay tuned—any updates will be shared right here on our website. Our products are primarily sold through our Shopify store and Amazon.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Methods: We primarily utilize third-party carriers such as Amazon Fulfillment, USPS, UPS, and UniUni.
If all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Some orders may be shipped from different warehouses, resulting in multiple packages with varying delivery times.
In rare cases, such as incorrect addresses or local postal service issues, the recipient may need to contact the postal service. If we notify you to contact the postal service, we appreciate your prompt cooperation. BAMBOO COOL is not responsible for packages returned or destroyed due to the customer's failure to contact the postal service.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays) causing delivery delays, we will notify you via email and make every effort to assist in resolving the issue.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the quantity, type, weight, and volume of items in your cart. The total shipping fee comprises a base "per shipment" cost and various "per item" fees, calculated based on the item's weight or volumetric weight.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): For most U.S. customers, orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping (standard ground shipping). Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
International Shipping (Pending Availability): For customers in other countries/regions, shipping fees vary based on the destination, item weight, and shipping method. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local customs office for specific charges.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. BAMBOO COOL is not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Remote Area Deliveries: Deliveries to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take up to 14 business days, and shipping fees may be slightly higher. Details will be provided at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping method, tracking number, and a tracking link from our logistics partners (e.g., Amazon Fulfillment, USPS, UPS). You can track your package using the link provided or by clicking the "Track Order" button at the bottom of our website.
