1. Satisfaction Guarantee
First-Time Purchase Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of men's underwear, women's loungewear, or children's sleepwear from our official website, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. This guarantee is limited to one use per shipping address.
Exchange Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@bamboocoolapparel.com, specifying the style you'd like to exchange for (any item within the same category).
Exchange Process: Upon approval, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost. If the desired style is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative solution. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, such as those provided by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
2. Order Cancellation

3. Exchanges
Eligibility: If you receive a product with quality issues, incorrect items, or items that do not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from the BAMBOO COOL official website. For purchases made through other channels (e.g., Amazon), please contact the respective retailer for return processing.

Non-Returnable Items:
